If you’re in India, we take care of the shipping charges so you don’t have to! However, international shipping charges may vary depending upon your location and the weight of your full order. In case your order isn’t delivered due to unpaid custom charges, the label does not bear any responsibility and no refunds will be made.

Each design we create under the label is given a lot of time and attention to detail in order to develop a product that remains timeless in your closet. Ideally, your order will reach you in 10-15 working days. In case of Made-To-Order, it is likely to take about 30 days.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. As per our company policy, we do not allow any returns/refunds/exchanges after the order has been placed.
Yes, once your outfit says goodbye to us, an email will be sent directly to you containing the tracking details with the help of our courier partners.
